God answers prayer
I was thinking the other day how i would know when god answers a prayer and how does he do it. Well i was helping out with Kid With A Mission at my church which is a bible school for kids and i was really tired from standing all day. I asked God if he would help ease the pain in my legs from standing all day so that i would be able to help out better with the kids. well about an hour after i prayed this prayer my boss gave me a job to do for the rest of the day that required me to sit at a desk. To be honest i didn’t really think anything of it at the time but after i came home and started to get ready for KWAM i realized that my legs were rested and they weren’t hurting! God answers prayers and I think sometimes we aren’t even aware that he did because we live such busy lives and we never stop to consider the events of the day and how God was involved.

So we were at this farm in Marshallville, it was a 300 acre buffalo farm! Our college group from Maranatha stayed here over night this weekend in a “Noah’s ark sized barn” and we decided to take the four wheeler out and go on a little photo shoot. This was a great HDR picture and I am glad that it turned out the way it did! hope you like it!

Photo shoot
Recently I have gone through some major life changes and I haven’t quite let it get me down. It has been wearing on me but I have had help from a lot of great friends which I am extremely great full for. So, earlier in the week me and another photographer friend of mine Brian ( whose photos can be found @ the following) http://www.flickr.com/photos/enjoiphotos/
We went out for a impromptu photo shoot at Portage Lake Park where we were fortunate enough to get some great pictures. I couldn’t help but notice how much photography has an impact on my life and I get a lot of satisfaction out of getting that “Perfect” shot. It was just great to get out and shoot to take my mind off the worries of the week and be surrounded by quietness and beautiful surroundings. It really made me think how wonderful God is that he created all these things for our amazement. To be able to photograph the wonders that He has made is just an inspiring thing.

Great friends!
Well this week was a rough week for me. I thank God that He is always watching over me and has my best interests in mind. Changing jobs seems to be the way he has led me and I feel at ease with what He is doing in my life. I was feeling down about the whole situation and felt a little frustrated all day. Then, I was helping my dad work on the garden in the back when I hear cars pulling into my driveway. It was Jonathan, Matthew, Olivia, and Adam and they had brought me cake and brownies! Thank you guys so much! That really meant a lot to me and I am so thankful to have friends like you! Thank you for your prayers and thank you so much for the wonderful surprise this evening!
On a side note, today I spent a lot of time outside sitting on the deck and praying and talking to God and the sky was just so beautiful so being my usual self I had to take a picture! So here is the picture of the beautiful day God gave us today!

Colors of Summer
Today I took my dog Luke and my mothers dog Jack to the Chapel in Green to walk on there dog track that travels along the perimeter of the property and I took my camera along with me as I usually do. Well there were some great wild flowers all around and the cloudy overcast day was just perfect for taking pictures. Here is just one of many of the pictures I took today.
